Greetings all,

My apologies for the lateness of this - I will give you what information I have, and will give you more as soon as I have it.  Here is how the directing scenes are going to go.  Sunday April 24th is tech for EVERYTHING.  This means you ALL need to be at the theatre on Sunday April 24th.  The directing scenes are set up into two groups - evening A and evening B.  Evening A will perform on the two Mondays.  Evening B will perform on the two Tuesdays.  This means the second Monday/Tuesday are a repeat of the first Monday/Tuesday.  Two of you will be doing the shows on Mondays.  Two of you will be doing the shows on Tuesday.  Monday's SM team is Beth and Julia, and Tuesdays is Danielle and David.  What will happen is one person will SM half the shows on their evening, and the other person will SM the other half.  While you are not SMing - you will be running the sound board.  Whomever is SM for each piece will also be running the light board.  In addition, there will be devising scenes, but there may not be anything that needs to be done for these - information has been lacking on these.  However, as each of you will be doing two evenings, I think this is acceptable.

I will get you information on who your directors are as soon as I have that information.  I would like you to try to get to at least two rehearsals, although this might not be possible.  You must attend at least one rehearsal prior to tech.  You must also meet with me the week before tech so I know you are ready.  All meetings must be in the morning, as I am running the shop from 1 - 5.  What I will want from you following directing scenes is your prompt book for the directing scenes.  If you end up pushing buttons for a devising scene, you will not be required to turn in paperwork for these.
